SEAMEO day 3 (Move!!)

This is the third day of SEAMEO program and it is the last day for the participants stay in the Chiangrai Rajabhat University Inn. The host of university, Mr Teerawat and Miss Nok, told us yesterday that we have to packing our belongings and move to our new dormitory which all of us have different places. We move to the dormitory which is near with our school to make us easier to teach. Dwi, Halim, and I have to move to the dormitory near CRPAO which is stands for Chiang Rai Provincial Administrative Organization school. Irhaz and Richsan have to move to the dormitory which is near Damrong school. Citra, Hani, Elma, and Tari have to move to the dormitory near Municipal 6 school, while Nur and Desi have to move to the nearest dormitory with their school to teach which is pre-school. All of us were moved today except Desi and Nur, they already moved yesterday.

This is the photo when we are moving one by one. It is the dormitory of Citra, Hani, Elma, and Tari.

And this is the photo of Dwi, Halim, and I move to our new dorm.

This is my new room. From the outside of the dormitory, it looks a bit small but when we went to the inside, it's big and the room is so clean and luxury. There is an air conditioner, fan, balcony, bathroom inside, wardrobe, shoe rack, big bed with beautiful color, and many more. I love my new room.
After the host university went to accompany the participants to move to their dorm, I tidy up my belongings into my new room.
In the afternoon, around 16:00 Chiangrai time, Dwi, Halim, and I feel hungry and want to eat some food around our new dormitory because our dormitory is near with Muslim community so it is not difficult for us find halal food. Finally, we found a restaurant with the owner is using a hijab. Of course, she is Muslim and the food is halal, right? So, we directly went to the restaurant.

We ordered khaopad which has the meaning fried rice. The way of I ordered it, is something unusual because I ordered it with using Thai language. Why I use Thai language rather than use English? Because the owner of the restaurant can not English at all. Fortunately, I already learned Thai language before I go to find food. Just in case there will be a situation where the food owner can not English, and it is true!
I memorized the expressions of asking the price, numbers, and anything that will I use when I want to buy something.

This is a picture of the dictionary given by the host university when we were in orientation.
After all of us already full, we went to find the nearest 7eleven. Well, it was not really near, it's a bit far, but it is good for our health. We walked along the way from the dormitory to the restaurant and then walked again to 7eleven. A lot of dogs here. The dogs were barking at us. My friends, Dwi and Halim, they are afraid of dogs. So, they hold my hand tightly.

Finally, we found the nearest 7eleven. It is besides the main road of the city.

And we got our way back home. Thank, God, to given the opportunity for us to remember the way back home. Lol
